Where are your teachers from?
The majority of our teachers are from U.SA.,
Canada, England, Australia, and other native English speaking
countries. Our market specifically looks for a a native english
accent and wants to be able to experience as many different regional
native accents as possible.
How many teachers do you hire?
We maintain a staff of between 45 - 60 teachers.
We usually do the majority of our hiring for March but we continue
to hire teachers year round.
What is the Typical teacher profile?
A typical teacher is a recent university graduate
with some general working experience and no previous teaching experience,
looking to continue foreign experiences obtained in university.
Although most of the foreign experiences have been in Spain, some
teachers have previously traveled to Asia, Africa, other European
countries and of course other Latin American countries. The average
age of our teachers is 25. Some teachers have continued with us
over the years and are forming an TEFL career. The majority of our
teachers are looking for foreign experience that can be added to
their resumes.
Do you only hire teachers for March?
We hire teachers through out the year on an
as needed basis and also to replace teachers who are returning
to their country after completion of their contract.
How long is my contract?
All our contracts run for 6 months to one
year and is renewable. Some teachers decide to stay on for part
of the next academic year, and some for another complete year.

Approximately 12% of our newly hired teachers
renew for the following year. We have a core group of returning
teachers which is approximately 25% of our academic staff.
